Tallit “Carmel” jeans
Tallit is one of the traditional prayer attributes of Jewish men. In ancient times, they wore this rectangular coverlet as a daily garment in the morning and used it as a blanket at night. Now men wear it during their daily morning prayers. On the edge of each tallit, it is customary to tie a tzitzit. This bundle of threads woven together is a reminder to keep the commandments. David Roytman's denim collection combines traditional motifs with a modern, bold design. The tallit is made of natural wool fabric. The corner of the piece features a black denim insert for tzitzit with an ornament and a curved Star of David, whose exclusive design was developed by David Roytman. The embossing is laser-engraved, and the tzitzit is hand-woven by artisans from a natural thread.
